We are all aware of this but here is where I prove it!
Why do we pay council tax?
Well it's supposed to go like this:
Borough council
County Council
Police
The money which goes to local council is supposed to be spent as follows:
Refuse Collection, Cleansing and Recycling
Community Recreation including Leisure Centres
Parks and open spaces
Other Services
